Marcus A. Neal is chosen and anointed for End Time Ministry. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is the youngest of four children born to Mary Harris and Gordon Woods. As a third generation Pentecostal he was poured into by his mother and grandmother Missionary Reba Hogan. He received the baptism of the Holy Spirit thus given his life to the Lord at the age of 17 at Greater Christ Temple under Bishop E.C. Haywood.

Marcus completed his grade schooling in Fort Wayne, Indiana and went on to pursue a bachelors degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Marcus accepted the call to preach at the age of eighteen years old. He delivered his first message on the campus of Indiana University. As a young man, he was busy for the Lord. He served as a minister, altar worker, and prayer ministry leader. He was appointed Youth Leader and under his leadership God used him to influence and impact many young people’s lives.

Marcus, began to hear a higher call but as many ministers, he was hesitant desiring to be in the center of Gods will. The Lord spoke to him in March of 2013, during his first prophetic conference “The Encounter” from Isaiah 68 and more directly from verse 12 calling him “THE REPAIRER OF THE BREACH, THE RESTORER OF PATHS.”

The Lord transitioned him to serve under Overseer Joel C. Lofton of Abundant Life Christ Centered Ministries. During this time of preparation, Marcus travelled with Overseer Lofton to Africa, South Africa, and the United Kingdom thus broadening his scope of ministry. The Lord spoke to Elder Neal to begin making preparations to birth a ministry.

In February of 2017, Rehoboth Worship Center was birthed
